This policy explains what Cuvée Wines & Spirits (6-7 Spring Valley Marketplace, Spring Valley, NY 10977) collects when you use cuvee.wine and how we use it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and the items you buy. If you create an account, your login details and order history. If you join our email list, your email address. Like most websites, we also record basic technical information such as pages visited and browser type.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Elavon, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your full card number is sent to Elavon for processing and is not stored on our website.
How we use it
To take and fulfil your order, verify age at pickup or delivery, contact you about your order, keep the records the law requires of a licensed retailer, and — only if you opted in — send you occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the shop: our payment processor, our website host, our email delivery service, and the carrier when an order is shipped. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
